Examination Rules & Instructions

Candidate must read the rules carefully before proceeding.

1. Students must report to the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time.

2. Late entry will not be permitted once the examination has started.

3. Students must bring their Admit Card on the day of the examination.

4. Students must submit two passport-size photographs on the examination day. Students without photographs will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

5. Marks will be allotted for costume and overall presentation.

6. Students appearing for exams from Diploma to Visharad must come in complete Bharatanatyam attire.

7. Students must maintain silence and discipline throughout the examination.

8. Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

9. Improper behaviour, misconduct, or disrespect towards the examiner may lead to disqualification from the examination.

10. Parents or guardians are not allowed inside the examination hall during the examination.

11. Students having any medical problem must produce a valid medical certificate before the examiner.

12. No re-examination will be conducted for students who remain absent for the examination, and the examination fee will not be carried forward or refunded under any circumstances.

13. Examination dates for Practical, Oral, and Written exams cannot be changed or adjusted under any circumstances.

14. Results will be declared only after all required documents and photographs are properly submitted.
